Macclesfield The Fabric of Life

I went on a journey of discovery in Macclesfield through three photo shoots a visit to the Library, Information Centre and the Silk Museum. This provided me with a great deal of information and a cause for much procrastination before I could finally find a way to exploit the place and the focus.

Dictionary definition: FABRIC structure: framework: woven material, outer covering of an aircraft: Texture Life then, now and the future are evidenced in a variety of architectural manifestations that also illustrate the power, the glory and the everyman’s toil. So much to try to do justice to has culminated in three radically different outcomes:
